Adirondack model 269B was used by Fred Patek early in his career with the Pittsburgh Pirates between 1968 and 1970. Patek was a rookie in 1968. The bat shows light use. A few ball marks and very light seam marks are visible on the right and left barrel surfaces. The handle is not cracked. The knob is stamped with the model number (269B) and the factory weight (33) is written in pen. Patek’s #2 is written on both ends in black marker.
