1986-89 Louisville Slugger Kevin Seitzer Game Used Bat

Rookie-era Louisville Slugger model C271 was used by Kevin Seitzer with the Kansas City Royals between 1986 and 1989. The bat shows outstanding use. Many b all marks, seam impressions, and light blue OAL ink transfers are present on the right, left, and back barrel surfaces. Very slight grain swelling from repeated. The use is more heavily concentrated on the left barrel surface, which is correct for a right handed hitter like Seitzer. The handle has a moderate to heavy coat of pine tar applied to the upper handle. There is some transfer to the lower handle. An H-crack is located approximately 7″ up from the knob. It lays flat. Seitzer’s #33 is written on the knob in blue marker. Nothing is written on the barrel end.
