Louisville Slugger model M110 was used in 1996 or 1997 as a member of the Kansas City Royals. The bat shows outstanding use. Many ball marks, seam impressions, and ink transfers are visible on the front, right, and back barrel surfaces. There is some grain swelling from repeated contact as well as minor separation in a couple spots. The handle shows no traces of pine tar, but the lower 9″ have been taped for grip. It is cracked just above the tape . The crack had been taped over with athletic tape. Now removed, there is some slight ghosting where the tape had been. The knob is marked with Damon’s #18 as well as the length and weight (33-31). His #18 is written inside the end of the barrel as well.
