Description
Louisville Slugger model K75 was used by Alvin Davis with the California Angels during his final season in the major leagues, 1992. The bat shows outstanding use with a handle crack. Many ball marks, seam impressions, and ink transfers are visible on the front and right barrel surfaces. The right barrel has a nice amount of grain swelling from repeated contact. The handle has a light to moderate coat of pine tar with a significantly displaced crack, 9″ in length. The crack has resulted in the bat having a pronounced warp. Davis’ #21 and his characteristic plus or cross, which has been seen in photos of Davis batting as well as on other bats of his. Nothing is written on the barrel end.
