Louisville Slugger model T141 was used by Jon Nunnally with the Kansas City Royals and then the Cincinnati Reds during the 1997 season. Bat is a block letter “BOOKIE” nameplated nickname bat. The bat shows tremendous use with a handle crack. Many ball marks and seam impressions are visible on the right and back barrel surfaces and there is some grain swelling from repeated contact on the right barrel. Several cleat marks/scuffs are also present. The handle has a moderate coat of pine tar which has some red tint to it which further reinforces the bats use by Nunnally with the Cincinnati Reds. Both the knob and the barrel end feature Jon’s #22 in silver, but the marking on the barrel end is quite worn and is hard to see.
