Description
Louisville Slugger model C243 was used by Mitch Webster with the Cleveland Indians during the 1990 season. The bat shows outstanding use with a handle crack. Many ball marks and seam impressions are visible on the left and back barrel surfaces. There is some grain swelling from repeated contact on the left barrel with just a hint of the start of some slight separation. A few small indents of unknown origin are present on the back barrel. The handle has a light to moderate coat of pine tar and a crack a couple of inches down the handle from the center label. Webster’s #23 and the model number (C243) are written in black on both the knob and barrel end.
